Work has started on a new phase at Fort Saskatchewan's SouthPointe Centre.

The new 10,929 sq. ft. building is located on the southeast corner of the centre, at the corner of 94 Street and 86 Avenue.

All six units in the building are listing as available for leash at this point.

Construction of the first phase of SouthPointe Centre began in 2016. Once this latest phase is complete, there is still one more, larger phase proposed for the southwest corner of the property,. This would feature a building the size of the Winners/Petland/Sleep Country building.
