The local Legion is looking for more help with its annual Poppy campaign, now underway.

The Poppy Fund is an important service to local veterans. Monies collected here stay here in a protected fund used to help veterans with needs, especially in an emergency. The fund has been used to buy scooters and other medical equipment, and to help both Valour Place and the Kipnes Centre for Veterans.

Join the campaign by contacting Poppy Chair Kayla Hrehorets by phone or text at 780-650-2007.
