A review of Fort Saskatchewan's snow clearing services will be proposed by Councillor Arjun Randhawa next week. Randhawa has given notice that he will ask Council at the March 10 meeting that this review be carried out.

Randhawa wants a report on current snow clearing service levels, actual year over year costs, and key complaints from residents.

He also wants a cost analysis of the possibility of using more sub-contracting service versus the current reliance on in-house staff for snow removal.

The review should also include future growth and costs, and proposals for improving the service.

Council has not yet asked for this review.
